Every theatre company needs somewhere to call home, and for CAST that place is Colnbrook Village Hall.
It’s where so much of CAST life happens — rehearsals, read-throughs, set building, painting, technical preparations and, of course, the excitement of show week when an ordinary village hall is transformed into our theatre.
Over the years, countless lines have been learned here, songs rehearsed, dances perfected, scenery built and painted, props misplaced and rediscovered, friendships made and plenty of laughter shared.
Colnbrook Village Hall and the Village Hall Trust have been incredibly good to CAST over the years, supporting us and allowing us to make the hall our theatrical home. We are enormously grateful for their continued support and would like to say a very heartfelt thank you.
By the time the lights go down and the curtain goes up, audiences see a theatre — but we know just how much work has gone into creating it.
Colnbrook Village Hall isn't simply where CAST performs. It's part of our story — and our home.
