Under the stage lights, makeup makes a very big difference!

CAST makeup can range from simple stage makeup to ageing, wounds, bruises, facial hair and some wonderfully colourful creations — particularly when pantomime season comes around!

It helps bring our characters to life, ensuring faces and expressions can be seen clearly from the audience and adding those finishing touches that help transform an actor into someone — or sometimes something — completely different.

Makeup is another of those behind-the-scenes skills that audiences may not always think about, but it can play an important part in creating the finished look of a production.
