Generally being silly!

We may be an amateur dramatics company, but we take real pride in presenting professional-quality productions for our audiences. A huge amount of hard work, commitment and attention to detail goes into every show.

But being serious about what we do doesn’t mean we have to be serious all the time!

Being silly is important too. Whether it’s messing about at rehearsals, trying on ridiculous props, pulling faces for the camera, making each other laugh backstage or creating one of those daft moments that only makes sense if you were there, the fun and friendship are a huge part of CAST.

Those lighter moments help us relax, bond as a company and enjoy the journey from first rehearsal to final curtain.

Because while we always want the finished production to look professional, we firmly believe there should be plenty of laughter along the way!
