Fundraising & Supporting Good Causes

Putting on great theatre takes more than talent and enthusiasm — it also takes funds! Fundraising helps CAST meet the many costs involved in producing the professional-quality shows we’re so proud of.

But fundraising at CAST isn't only about ourselves.

Supporting good and charitable causes has been written into the aims of our Society. As a non-profit-making organisation, when circumstances allow, surplus funds can also be donated to charities and other worthwhile causes chosen by the Committee.

Over the years, fundraising can take many forms — raffles, events, collections and sometimes wonderfully imaginative ideas from our members. It’s another opportunity to bring people together, have some fun and use what we do to make a difference beyond the stage.

So whether you're buying a raffle ticket, donating a prize, helping at an event or coming along to support us, every contribution helps CAST continue doing what we love — while giving something back to our wider community too.
