The Chairman's Cup

The Chairman’s Cup is a special CAST award presented at the discretion of the current Chairman.

Unlike some of CAST’s other awards, it is not decided by a membership vote or tied to a particular type of role. 

Instead, the Chairman chooses a recipient for their own reasons — perhaps to recognise commitment, contribution, support, achievement, enthusiasm or something they feel deserves special acknowledgement.

This makes the Chairman’s Cup a very personal award, reflecting the Chairman’s appreciation of a member who has made a particular impression during the year.

The recipient is announced at the AGM and receives the cup as a mark of thanks and recognition for their contribution to CAST.
